Totally Evolved

Rebekah visited the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History on Saturday, checking out the all of the skeletons and stuffed mammals.

She hasn't decided what is more shocking - the animals from the farm or the museum.

Double Trouble

Rebekah's biggest fan might just be herself. She hasn't met a mirror yet that she could turn away. Mom and Dad can't blame her though.

Happy as a Clam

Even though she got vaccinated again, Rebekah is beaming after her six month check-up today.


Maybe that's because she is doing so well and cruising through her milestones.

Here are her latest stats:

* Weight = 17 lbs. 8 oz. (85th percentile), an increase of 10 lbs. 8 oz. since birth

* Height = 27 1/2 in. (95th percentile), an increase of 8 1/4 in. since birth

* Head Circumference = 16 1/2 in. (55th percentile), an increase of 3 1/8 in. since birth (no change here today)

Half Birthday

Believe it or not, Rebekah is six months old today. Below is a flash from the past - Rebekah on her birth day:

Veg Head

Rebekah has moved up in the wide world of food. Aside from rice cereal, Rebekah has now tried carrots and peas.

Rebekah appeared to like the carrots...

...but she really seemed to enjoy the peas.

Both got a thumbs up and she is ready for more!

Not only is Rebekah doing the laundry, she is even helping Mom and Dad change their sheets.

Rebekah rang in 2009 by making a list of New Year's resolutions (walking, talking, etc.). She has already fulfilled goal number one - eating solid foods. Here she is helping Mom feed her:
